If you're taking part in virtual races, or whatever activity you do, there are days that it's hard to get off the couch and get motivated. If you are in need of a little extra motivation, then here are 10 runners on Instagram you should follow to get you back out and logging those miles!

2. @thefitwanderluster

Kristy is another one on our list of inspiring runners. In addition to running, she is also a massage therapist and physical therapist, living in Metz, France.  She runs a blog called The Fit Wanderluster which focuses on travel and running and also has some interesting videos on workouts and exercises around active recovery.
